Even the after service is amazing! Our shower bar developped a fault with the temperature setting. We contacted Pat who did a complete refurb of our bathroom a year ago. Pat was able to source a replacement unit and was out to us the next day with his team to replace the shower bar unit. As awlays, Pat was an absolute gentleman. I can't recommend this business highly enough as Pat really does deserve more than 5 stars. If you need your bathroom doing and want a solid reliable company then Roche building services fit the bill. The fact they were able to call out a year after doing our bathroom to sort out an issue with the shower is just amazing.Posted on Google

Pat and his team pay exceptional attention to detail and will advise and guide you throughout the project. They work hard all day long. Pat and his team came in to do what should have been two standard refurbishments and deal with a small leak but instead the team discovered major plumbing issues. Pat and the lads inherited, fully committed to and completed to a standard of excellence major problems that had been hiding and surfacing somewhat for over 20 years, including minor leaks, major leaks, rotting joists, rotting floors, crumbling dining room ceiling below, rotting layers of underfloor cement, and other plumbing tragedies as well as becoming aware of electrical faults that had hidden away for some years in the ceilings and advising me to seek an Electrican immediately. Pat and his team carried out all works in a fully committed and thorough way to complete both bathroom and ensuites that are top quality as well as fixing the dining ceiling.Posted on Google

The quote was clear and transparent, and communication was excellent throughout. There were a few unexpected issues that came up with the old plumbing and electrics, but they were handled calmly and professionally. Nice bunch of friendly lads, that worked hard and delivered on time and in budget, importantly leaving the place spotless before they left. They even hoovered my stairs! Pat was great at communicating throughout the job and made sure we were consulted on any adjustments that were required. I knew we were in safe hands as Pat refitted the bathroom 12 years ago. Patricia Fitzpatrick2105 days agoPatrick and his team of guys just completed a Main Bathroom and two Ensuite Bathrooms for us and we would highly recommend Patrick for any Bathroom renovations/refurbishments but most importantly for Bespoke Bathrooms. All three of our bathrooms had different requirements and Patrick fulfilled all of these needs as well as keeping all bathrooms contemporary and matching designs while giving each bathroom a separate design twist of it's own. It was a pleasure working with Patrick and no idea we came up with was a problem for him. He was very straight and honest about what was possible and what was not given the circumstances and in the end we achieved fabulous results which we can't stop showing to our family and friends (with photos only) of course as all this work was done with social distancing and Patrick and his team wore masks at all times in order to keep everyone safe in our home. We would highly recommend Patrick Roche Building Services and would like to take this opportunity to wish Patrick the very best with Roche Building Services in the future.
