Roche Building Services is a proudly family-run business with a history that spans over 70 years. Established by Pat Senior in the 1950s, the company began by specialising in industrial plumbing and heating. His commitment to quality work, reliability, and service laid the foundation for what would become one of Wicklow’s most trusted family building businesses.
In the 1990s, Pat Junior joined full-time and brought new focus to the company. Over time, the business evolved from industrial and general plumbing into domestic projects — with a particular focus on high-quality bathroom renovations. Under his leadership, Roche Building Services refined its approach, building a reputation for precision, transparency, and dependable delivery across residential bathrooms, en suite bathrooms, and mobility bathroom renovations.
Today, the company continues to thrive under Pat’s guidance and is now welcoming its third generation, with Callum stepping into the business and learning the trade. This continuation ensures the same values, attention to detail, and personal service remain at the heart of everything they do.
